Project Management

The periods of crisis are characterized by processes of profound change managed in most cases through the implementation of specific projects.
The success of a project is closely linked to a structured approach and to the competence in terms of resources which are entrusted with the responsibility for managing it.
The Project Manager is not the "notary" who compiles and archives the Work Progress States or knows how to prepare a GANTT Diagram very well, but is a qualified professional who, on the basis of the indications of the project sponsor, defines its scope, aims and objectives; researches the appropriate client, identifies and manages all risks, monitors the progress of the project and manages all conflicts, communicates in a timely, effective and segmented manner according to the different stakeholders.
Ciro Trotta is in possession of the certification PMP issued by the Project Management Institute and is able both to take on the role of Project manager and to provide qualified support to the Customer's project management structure.
